A custom championship belt is the ultimate personalised trophy. Whether it's for a boxing gym, a corporate award, a fantasy wrestling league, or a personal milestone — a bespoke belt from our workshop is something nobody else in the world will have.
Here's exactly how the process works.
Step 1 — Submit Your Inquiry
Start at our Custom Belts page. Fill in the inquiry form with:
- Number of plates — 1, 3, 5, or 7 plates
- Material — Zinc alloy (standard), Brass (premium), or CNC-machined (ultra-premium)
- Plate thickness — 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, or 8mm
- Plating — Gold, Silver, or Dual (Gold + Silver)
- Strap colour and stacking
- Your design concept or logo file
The more detail you provide, the faster we can quote you.
Step 2 — Quote & Approval
We'll send a detailed quote within 24 hours. Once you approve the price and timeline, we take a deposit to begin design work.
Step 3 — Design Proofing
Our design team creates a digital mockup of your belt — showing the exact plate layout, engraving, crystal placement, and proportions. We send this for your approval before any metal is cast.
Most customers approve on the first or second round of revisions. We don't start production until you sign off.
Step 4 — Production
Once approved, your belt enters the production queue. Typical timeline from approval to dispatch: 7–14 business days depending on complexity and material.
Step 5 — Delivery
Your belt ships with full tracking. We package custom belts in a reinforced display case for protection in transit.
What Makes a Great Custom Belt?
- A clean, high-resolution logo (AI, EPS, or PNG with transparent background)
- Clear text for any name plates (keep it under 20 characters per line)
- A reference image if you have a specific style in mind
