1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order on championsbeltx.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products

Champions Belt X sells replica and custom championship belts. All products are handcrafted to order in Sialkot, Pakistan. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in finish colour, plating tone, and leather texture may occur between units as a natural result of the handcrafting process.

Our belts are collectible replicas intended for display, personal use, and promotional purposes. They are not official licensed merchandise from any wrestling, sports, or entertainment organisation unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at time of checkout is final.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
• Your card is charged at time of order placement, not dispatch.

4. Order Processing & Production

All belts are made to order. By placing an order you authorise us to begin production. Standard production time is 3–5 business days before dispatch. Rush production (1–2 days) is available for an additional fee at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

5. Custom / Bespoke Orders

Custom belts ordered via our inquiry form are subject to separate agreement confirmed by email. Once production has commenced on a bespoke belt:

• The order cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds are not available unless the item is faulty or materially different from the agreed specification.
• Design changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges.

6. Shipping & Returns

Our full shipping and returns policy is available at /shipping-returns. By placing an order you agree to its terms, including responsibility for import duties in your country.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, copy, product names, logos, and designs — is the property of Champions Belt X or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without prior written consent.

Customers who submit artwork for custom belt production represent that they own or have the right to use that artwork. Champions Belt X is not liable for any intellectual property claims arising from customer-supplied designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Champions Belt X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
