Order Processing
Every belt is handcrafted to order in our Sialkot workshop. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons (November – January) allow an extra 1–2 business days.
Need it faster? Select Rush Production at checkout — your belt ships within 1–2 business days for an additional fee.

Timeframes are from dispatch date, not order date. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard international shipping on all orders over $200. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your belt ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Order Tracker page at any time using your order number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your dispatch notification.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders ship internationally from Sialkot, Pakistan. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. We are unable to predict or pre-pay these fees as they vary by destination.
If you refuse a delivery due to customs fees, the order will be treated as a non-returnable abandonment and no refund will be issued.
30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every belt we craft. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping charges).
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Custom-made (bespoke inquiry) belts are non-refundable once production has begun.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your belt arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice. Email support@championsbeltx.com.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
