How Every Belt
Gets Made
From raw zinc alloy to a belt a champion wears — every stage happens in our workshop in Sialkot, documented with real photos at every step.
Zinc Plate Casting& Engraving
Every plate starts as raw zinc alloy poured into precision moulds right here in Sialkot — the world capital of combat sports equipment. Once cooled, a craftsman hand-engraves the fine details that machines can't replicate.

Electroplating —Gold & Silver
Finished plates go into the electroplating bath — real 24K gold or mirror silver. The process takes hours, not minutes. We never use spray paint or lacquer shortcuts. You can feel the difference the moment you hold a plated plate.

Leather Cutting& Assembly
The strap is cut from full-grain leather — the same grade used by premium watch brands. Side plates are riveted by hand, then the centre plate is bolted through the strap with steel hardware. The whole assembly is checked three times before moving to finishing.

Final Inspection& Dispatch
Every belt is inspected under direct light to catch scratches, alignment issues, or plating inconsistencies before it leaves. We photograph each order for quality records, then pack it securely for worldwide shipping with full tracking.
