How long does shipping take?: Standard international delivery takes 7–12 business days from dispatch. Express (3–5 days) is available at checkout.
Can I return my belt?: Yes — we offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all standard stock items. Custom/bespoke belts are non-refundable once production begins.
How do I track my order?: Use our Order Tracker at /track-order with your order number. You'll also receive a tracking email once your belt ships.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?: Yes. For orders of 5+ belts, email us or use the contact form with subject 'Wholesale / Bulk Order' and we'll send you a custom quote.
Where are belts shipped from?: All belts are handcrafted and shipped directly from our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan.
